If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund. However, any work completed will be billed at an hourly rate, and the balance will be refunded.
After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, but we are committed to working with you to ensure your satisfaction.
Content Writing Services:
If you are not satisfied with the content delivered, please provide feedback within 3 days of receiving the content. Content will be considered approved if no feedback is given within 3 days. If have any issues we will make necessary revisions to meet your requirements. If we can’t achieve your satisfaction finally, we will refund your payment 100% excluding fees charged by our payment processor.
No refunds will be issued for content writing services after the content has been approved.
Digital Tools and AppSumo Deals Reviews:
ReviewsDoor.com reviews various digital products, as these are not ReviewsDoor’s own products, no refunds will be issued by ReviewsDoor for any purchases related to digital tools or AppSumo deal reviews. Refunds for AppSumo deal products will be made directly from the AppSumo.com site and for other digital products, refunds will be made from their respective sites. ReviewsDoor.com shall have no liability in this case.
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel any service, please notify us in writing. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed.
Exceptions:
Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of ReviewsDoor management.
